Human Resources (HR) provides support on all people-related issues for Network Rail. We’re responsible for creating an environment that attracts and engages high-performing individuals to deliver engineering and operational excellence forBritain’s railway. Our approach is a pragmatic one, challenging where appropriate and professional in all areas of delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
- Day to day operational control of the Network Rail Executive Development programme, reporting to the Programme Director, Head of Professional Development and Training.
- Supplier engagement and coordination with Executive Coaches, Management Consultancy and other Executive Development providers.
- Regular engagement with, and support to, Network Rail Director and Executive community.
Essential Skills:
- Professional experience of planning and delivering effective executive development programmes.
- Mental agility to think and deliver at the corporate and strategic level.
- Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence.
- Strong organisational ability.
- Strong internal business partnering skills.
Desirable Skills:
- CIPD qualified.
- Coaching qualified.
- Oracle LMS experienced and/or qualified.
